We are registered with PSiRA as an approved contractor of Security Guard services. In addition to the provision of these services our members are all trained by specialists and experts in aspects of general civil and criminal transgressions. We take into account Health and safety rules involving CPF and community interaction, Municipal bylaws, SAPS responsibilities and local regulations that comply with the South African Constitution. 

 

We work in close cooperation with SAPS, NGO’s and community organisations to provide assistance in emergency situations and ensure our clients and their properties are suitably protected. The SCP Security control room is manned on 24 hour shift basis with live CCTV to attend to calls from our clients and other security and police officers. Emergency services and support is provided by members patrolling our areas in our mobile vehicle fleet. Our selected menus of Value Added Services has been compiled to provide additional ancillary services by specialist suppliers and high level protection CPU’s on special request.

 

All events are logged, monitored and executed following a strict protocol through instructions issued by their area commanders. Our services also include Month to Month, 24/7 Armed Reaction, Alarm monitoring, Home Escort services, ER24 emergency services, Panic on mobile, Telegram emergency groups. In addition we provide Special Guarding services for special occasions. SCP Security also provides countrywide access for a number of emergency services via our FREE Mobile App. Our transmitter installations are free, included in the Service Agreement on sign up, however, the cost of alarm systems, hardware, CCTV, and surveillance equipment is excluded as we have to take into consideration each client’s needs, preferences and budget. 

 

At SCP Security we have selected and appointed our own specialist approved Technical teams that source, install and maintain systems and equipment on client instruction. There are no annual radio fees but theft of equipment and re-installation costs have to be covered by the homeowner.
