At approximately 15:45 today, our Control Room was alerted by a resident regarding an intruder who had gained unauthorised horized access to their property on Welgelegen Road, Northcliff.
SCP Security Reaction Officers promptly responded to the scene with multiple units. Upon arrival, the suspect was located inside the residence and successfully apprehended. All stolen items were recovered and returned to the homeowner.
The resident has chosen not to pursue further legal action with the South African Police Service (SAPS) at this time.
