🚨 Fallen Tree – Northcliff 🚨

At approximately 13:56, our SCP Security Control Room received an alert of a fallen tree along Mark Ave in Northcliff.

Our SCP Private Fire Search & Rescue team was immediately dispatched to assist. On arrival, the team worked swiftly, using the necessary tools to cut down and safely move the tree out of the road. Thanks to their quick action, the roadway has since been cleared and traffic is flowing safely again.

💡 What to Do if You Encounter a Fallen Tree:

🔹 For Drivers = Reduce your speed immediately when you spot the obstruction and switch on your hazard lights to warn approaching vehicles. Do not attempt to swerve at the last second, as this can cause a collision. If the road is blocked, remain patient, keep a safe following distance, and reroute safely rather than trying to squeeze through gaps or driving over branches, which could puncture your tyres or damage your vehicle.

🔹 For Pedestrians = Avoid walking too close to the fallen tree, as branches can still shift and cause injuries. Watch out for live electrical cables that may be hidden within the debris. If you must pass the area, keep a safe distance and rather take a longer but safer route. Always report the obstruction to security or authorities so that professional teams can respond quickly.
