At approximately 18:30 today, reports were received of a fallen tree at the corner of Kent Ave and Short Street, Ferndale, posing a serious risk to both motorists and pedestrians.
Our SCP Security Private Fire Search and Rescue Team was immediately dispatched and arrived on scene within minutes. Showing true dedication and professionalism, the team worked swiftly to cut and remove the fallen tree, ensuring the roadway was fully cleared and safely reopened to traffic.
We are also grateful to the local community, who assisted alongside our members to help clear the street, demonstrating incredible teamwork and care for their neighbourhood.
