At approximately 03:30, The SCP Security control room received a report from one of our guards regarding suspicious activity at a client's complex in the Bergbron, JHB.
SCP Security Reaction Officers were immediately dispatched to the site arriving within 2 minutes. The reaction observed four males who had unlawfully entered the property and were tampering with the locks on the gate. The officers engaged the suspects before they could cause any further damage and the four suspects fled in different directions where several shots were fired.
One of the suspects jumped into a blue Toyota Quantum and a short pursuit ensued.
The suspect was later cornered at the intersection of Helderberg Rd and Kirstenbosch Crescent where he was arrested.
SCP Security Reaction Officers apprehended the suspect.
The suspect was handed over to Florida SAPS, and his vehicle was also taken to the pound.
