SUSPECT APPREHENDED | ROOSEVELT PARK

At approximately 20:00, our control room received an urgent report regarding a suspected trespasser at a property on Scully Street, Roosevelt Park. Our response team was immediately dispatched to the location and arrived promptly to assess the situation. Upon arrival, officers swiftly secured the area to ensure the safety of the surrounding community and prevent any potential escalation.

After securing the perimeter, the officers entered the premises and successfully detained a male suspect who was found inside the property. The individual is currently in custody, and all necessary procedures have been followed to maintain the integrity of the investigation.

Parkview SAPS has been notified and is actively assisting with the case. We are working closely with SAPS to ensure a thorough investigation and will provide further updates as more information becomes available. Our priority remains the safety and security of the community.
